ECLIPSE Club, a newly burgeoning e-sports club, grows out of its two predecessors, i.e. BOF e-sports club and All Gamers (AG). The two predecessors were strategically merged into one based on friendly negotiation of the two sides and the development strategy for the merger has been made. AG club, loaded with honors and awards in FPS game events, has gained an international reputation before the merger. This merger, following the principle of ”E-sports as a sport program”, adopts more efficient and stricter-than-ever training methods, and introduces performance evaluation policies to fully tap into the potential of each player, while ensuring all players are at their very best at their roles. The iconic FPS game star is engaged as a coach of the club, giving guidance to the youth in their pursuit of dreams.
